When will the returned products be received?

When will I refund the amount after completing the order return process?
The process will take fully from the day of the recovery request to refund your computer 7 – 10 working days, and details:
Two business days to receive your recovered products and the work days to check the safety of the product and start the recovery process. We will then transfer the amount to your bank account within 3 business days while paying in cash, bank transfer and PayPal transfer will take 3 working days, while credit card takes 4 working days.
What is the recovery and replacement policy?

- 180 SR (shipping fees to other countries).
- While orders arrive for a weight of more than 15 kg, an amount of SR 2 will be added to the shipping fee per 1 kg plus.

What is the validity period to use the activation code?
The activation code is 60 minutes from receiving the message containing the activation code. If the activation code is not used during this period, you will need to request a code for another.

You can re-receive the activation code for 3 consecutive times.
After trying 3 attempts to use the activation code and the code is not activated, what can happen?
